Shipping Policy
We will provide the tracking number to track your order. You are responsible for providing accurate address for timely delivery. We have no control over your order once it leaves our facility.
We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items, damages, or lost packages. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due force majeure or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with your order shipment.
The pandemic has created new logistical challenges for our shipping partner so there may be shipping delay that is beyond our control. We take pride in our product and you deserve the quality and freshness in every bottle we produce. We are doing everything we can to ensure you receive your order promptly.
All orders are processed and shipped on Monday, Tuesday and Saturdays.
During this pandemic we have found a lot of ground packages not being delivered in a timely manner therefore we will ship all orders via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail.
At this time, we are eating up some of the shipping charges from USPS. This doesn't include any of the materials required to pack and ship (such as gel packs, dry ice, bubble wraps, peanuts, etc.) Because we are a small business, we don't have the shipping volume like the retail giants we're up against.
We appreciate your patience and hope to get through these tough times ASAP. Rest assured, we are working hard to deliver items as soon as possible, while keeping our employees and community safe. Thanks for your patience and understanding. We’re in this together.
